We’re so excited that you’re interested in joining the OFAKIDS volunteer team! Here’s how to get started:
Fill out the Volunteer Form. You must type your responses using any PDF editor (e.g., Kami, Adobe).

You can submit your completed and signed form in one of the following ways:
- Drop it off in person at our office
- By Mail
- Or by simple e-mail! Please title it ‘Volunteer Form’
- Complete the form at our office, we’d love to meet you!
